2026 VENDOR FEES
This varies depending on your category with fees starting as low as $60 with traditional canopy booths that are sold in 10x10 booth increments.
Farm / Processor: $60 or 10%, whichever is higher
Craft / Vintage /Importer: $80 Flat
Hot Food (Booth): $99 or 10%, whichever is higher
Food Trucks: $149 or 10%, whichever is higher
Non-Profit / Community: Contact Us for Rates
All booths now require a “Facility Fee” that helps us maintain our market operations, from waste management, advertising and awesome staff to supoport your day of selling curbsdie with us. We appreciate your continued support.
Do your rent canopies or tables? We do not provide the canopy, tables or chairs for your booth; so please come prepared. Canopy weights are required and must be 20lbs per canopy leg.
Do I need a Seattle Business License? YES! You will not be approved without proof that you have resgistered for current SBL and in some cases King County Health Permit. Click here to get started on your SBL with the City of Seattle and/or King County Health for food vendors here.
Can I drop by the day I want to Sell? Unfortunatelyt not at this time. All vendors must be apprved and npaid prior it their arrival.
What is the process for hot food? We kindly require all prospective food vendors to join us for a tasting session prior to being approved. at Northwest Marketplaces. This gives us an opportunity to experience your culinary talents firsthand and to discuss your business vision, menu and goals in more detail to help you succeed..
If I Apply and pay the “Membership” Fee, am I guaranteed to get approved? Keep in mind that applying to Northwest Marketplaces DOES NOT guarantee approval, not t the market of choice, but we do our best. Inmany cases, it simply a category that is full i.e. jewelry, soap, or candles.
All applicants will receive a decision, and incomplete applications will not be reviewed. In many caseswe can make a recommendation to attend a sister market.
During our busy season (May - September), application reviews may take more than 4-6 weeks. Apply early and make it esasy., or drop by on a Sunday. We appreciate your continued partnership and look forward to another successful year at Northwest Marketplaces.

How do I apply? It’s easy to apply through our Vendor Portal at Northwest Marketplaces with an organizational-wide application fee that offers access to our family of markets at Northwest Marketplaces.
What is the process for applying to Fremont Sunday Market? If you’re looking to join us at Northwest Marketplaces' family of markets - the application process starts at www.managemymarket.com. For a single annual fee, you can apply to the Northwest Marketplaces family of markets beyond the Fremont SundayMarket at anytime throughout the year.
This fee is known as the"Membership Fee", and is required to be paid prior to reviewing your application. Vendors can now apply across the organization, adding markets at no extra cost after the initial $65 fee is paid.

What is NOT allowed at the Market? Certain categories are prohibited:
No Drugs period.
Weapons (kitchen and utility knives are subject to review)
Counterfeit products i.e. sneakers, clothing and handbags

No Sales of Pets
Stolen / illegal merchandise
Multi-Level enterprises
No Legal services
Franchise Operations
Sampling & Promotions
Religious and Political Soliciting
Professional Services - Promotional Booths require a different review and fee.
Dollar store items and brand merchandise is highly discouraged.
